We attend a caroling party at the home of a sweet family I babysat for in college each year. It is so fun to go and watch those children (who now babysit for my child) chase all the little ones around. They have a romper room of sorts where our toddlers were on the loose all night! So fun!
Wednesday night was the Provence Christmas party and it was a fun night as usual. Thursday I was happy to stay home and wrap up my wrapping etc. Friday night we were thrilled to host Aunt Aggie who pulled into town around 7:00 p.m. We shared a quick dinner and got right to work on some Christmas cookie baking! Such a fun tradition.
Christmas Eve morning we sent Aggie on down the road to Carthage to join LuLu- who arrived the night before into KC. Charlie and I set out to deliver Christmas cranberry tea cakes to friend and neighbors while Josh attended a father-son Christmas lunch. Charlie and I got right home and straight to work on icing our cookies we baked the night before. He did a lot of licking and sprinkling...
Dad helped too. Then down for a nap to got rested up for church that night - and the fun festivites we had planned for Christmas Eve!
