Rosmary Beach - Part #3

So, as the week goes along - the story is pretty much the same. Breakfast in the morning, followed by a walk through town.. Pack up and head to the beach, picnic lunch and then to the pool. Nap, dinner, ice cream. That's how the Habel's vacation....

Thursday should have been our last day - but we just couldn't leave, the temps just kept rising and we hadn't had our fill just yet. So we decided we would make the drive home in one day instead of staying in Tupelo and stay another night in Rosemary. Proved to be a WONDERFUL idea. Here are pics of our last day in paradise. We ate in Seaside Friday night and then packed up the car - Back to reality. Charlie did great on the way home - we drove out of Rosemary around 4 a.m. on Saturday and were back in 12.5 hours - a record for us!

Can't wait for next year!!!

Rosemary Beach Part #2

Picking up where I left off.. Tuesday. Still at the beach, warming temps and still plenty of sunshine. Josh spent the morning golfing with David Ross at a local course, Sharks Tooth I believe and had a wonderful time. Charlie and I spent the day at the beach and at the pool. Loving the beach life...

And now we head to the pool...

After a quick nap and a shower we were off to meet the rest of the Ross clan for dinner in Sea Grove, FL at the Market Place Cafe. Local...Casual - great fish tacos. Charlie dined on a lemon... and played with the kiddos.

Wednesday morning we rose early
for a walk around the town to grab dad a paper.

He loved the fountain, and loved throwing daddy's loose change in to make a wish!

Then... of to the beach!

I met Kim and her mom in Seaside for some shopping and came up with a few fun things. That night we stayed close to home and grabbed some delicious pizza at Wild Olives Market in Roasemary. It was great!

Thursday morning we woke up and played with bubbles on our balcony.. Here are a few pics. I think Charlie looks so old in some of these.

Thursday night we tried a new restaurant in Alys Beach, the community next to Rosemary. Our friend Emily recommended it and it was wonderful. Too cute for words - right on 30A if you are planning a trip. GREAT food and a darling little courtyard beside the restaurant with lilly pads a little fountain. Charlie immediately soaked his shirt and had to eat dinner in his sweater.

Cheesy froggy pasta for one.

One more installment to come!
