A lovely bouquet.
Several Nights at HHCC - watching these two hit balls.
This has become one of my favorite things to do this summer by far!
Charlie has so enjoyed his time with Miss Donna
and his weekly "tootering" sessions!
A quick shot of Charlie and "Paco" a childhood toy
that brought nothing but smiles to the Armstrong girls faces.
These two panting puppies on their way to
Grandma and Grandpa's house.
Josh and I spent a weekend away -
our tour included two nights in KC where...
* I had breakfast ... alone ... and shopped the Anthropologie tag sale until I thought my heart would burst!
*Met these two darlings, the offspring of a wonderful college friend
*Shared a lunch with two more darlings, my cousin Jess and mentioned college friend, Melissa.
*Squeezed the cheeks of my cousin Regan's second born.
Sweet Peter James
Brotherly love
*Fell in love with the planter outside my aunt and uncle's
condo on the plaza
*And had an amazing date night with this man ...
Our third stop was south of St. Louis for the wedding of Josh's old SF Giants team mate, Steve Holm.
The weather was less than cooperative but the setting was so unique. An old mill that overlooked a quiet river, tucked under some of the most beautiful trees.
Happy to see these two reunited ... Steve's dad too.
Back home ... Sprinkler time is always a good time.
And I have so enjoyed watching the relationship of these two grow this summer. Our sweet neighbor Hudson has been spending lots of time at our house, his mom says he loves the fact that there is not ONE girl toy in sight! They've consumed many a popsicle, and caught more fireflies than we could ever tally. These two have become great friends and I am so thankful!
Josh "let" me join him for a Par-Three golf tournament at HHCC and we had the best time. Even came in second place! Just sayin. He loved that I called it a "scrambler" instead of a scramble (not really)!
We were paired with our sweet friends Kim and David.
Kim and I held our own ... but surprisingly enough have NOT been invited back for another round.
That was a fun night!
Can you spot the tiny tubers?
We spent a night at the lake for the first annual
"Russell Family Fishing Tournament"
(More on that weekend to come)
Decorating the truck for the 4th of July Parade
and showing off the first of the tomato harvest.
A fun girls night to celebrate a fun girl... Miss Kate Mattax
Joined by some of my favorite Turner girls
This will NEVER get old... sneaking a picture of a sleepy boy who has no desire to get himself out of bed. While tucked in some adorable new fish sheets, compliments of Grandma Sally. Charlie has become quite the angler this summer.
