Showering Vivian.

Our sweet friend Lindsey has given us lots of reasons to celebrate lately. She and James were married this summer and now they are expecting a sweet baby girl at the end of this month. We couldn't be happier for the two of them - and you know how Emily  and I like to throw a party! This was the perfect excuse for a "Fall Harvest Dinner with Friends" and a couples shower for the Price's and the expected arrival of Vivian.

Emily's father in law, Randy, has the most perfect barn - it ended up being the most wonderful spot for our party. The boys did the meat on their Big Green Eggs and we left the rest of the cooking up to the Traveling Chef, Jennifer Smith. We served beef tri-tip, ribs, baked beans, autumn chopped salad, pasta salad and a few dips. For dessert we gathered around the camp fire and toasted marshmallows for smores.  It was such a wonderful evening.

Randy made this little guy for our party out of
old clay pots Emily had stored in her garage.
Is he not darling? So creative!

Such fun to celebrate with such great friends!
Can't wait to meet the newest little Price.
