February... Where did you go?

Another month has come and gone... I am seeing a pattern in my blogging style - I'm hoping I can catch up soon, these end of the month posts about the whole month are getting a bit ridiculous! 

Last month I promised to dust off the good camera... 

weeeelllll, I did... some. But as you will notice 

the trusty IPhone captured several of this months memories. 

And several were around to be captured.. 

Fasted your seat belts folks - February was a bumpy ride!

Everyday is an adventure with this one...

Dad headed St.Louis at the beginning of the month... 
a trip that resulted in a special doughnut treat for Charlie..
on a Thursday none the less!

 My parents came to town to help out with the wild man and we attended Charlie's first high school basketball event.

That weekend was our best buddy, William's, Bday Bash.

It was a super hero party and the bday boy was kind enough to let us use his spare Buzz costume. Charlie loved it.

Crafts, bounce house, basketball and cake.

Saturday afternoon lunch at Steak and Shake.

A celebration of life honoring my Dear Great Aunt Marjory that brought us all (minus Brett & Charlie) together in KC. 

What a great day to call this group family!

She will be missed so much but lead such a happy 88 year life.

An example of kindness we are all fortunate 
to have known and loved for so many years. 

We love you Aunt Margie!

Friday night we spent the evening 
with the Boyer clan for dinner - 

Charlie had the best time with Cook and Beau (Jessica's boys).

A Saturday morning trip to Target to pick out our Valentine's.

And a pit stop at Baba's gym to exert some winter energy!

with a tight grip on our mylar V-day balloon!

That night we gathered at the Country Club to celebrate Margeaux & David!
My oldest and dearest friend is getting married. 
We hosted a couple's Valentines Day themed shower 
to get them ready for their April nupitals!

Still no action but we are sitting on the potty.

President's day we packed up and payed Grandma Alice a visit in Sedalia!
