We have been soaking up every minute of our sweet sweet summertime. Since the 4th I have made a trip to Atlanta for market, Josh's Habel side of the family made a trip to Missouri and Charlie finished up his summer session at school.
It is HOT HOT HOT here in Missouri and we are needing some rain in a desperate way. Aunt Monica came to visit last Wednesday and Josh took her to Branson just this afternoon to send her back to Chicago. We had a great time and hope she did too!

The highlight of the whole trip had to be the Ozark Empire Fair. We saw Disney's Imagination Movers in concert on Friday night. Had lemonade, corn dogs and pineapple whip. It was soooo hot but a good time for everyone!

Saturday we had a big breakfast - Charlie's famous blueberry pancakes and then hit farmer's market. We also went swimming at Barbie's house. Monica and I did some retailing and she treated me to a pedi. We grilled out on Saturday night and just played and played until she had to leave on Sunday. It helped us out a lot to have her around since Charlie is out of school as well! Thanks Auntie M! We miss you already!
